This means your account is still in our system should you ever choose to return, but is inactive and will not bill further. You do not need to submit a Cancellation Form unless you reactivated on or after 5/4 and wish to suspend or terminate your membership again. Thank you!
We're sorry to see you go! Please keep in mind our office processes these online cancellations. The office is open Monday-Friday, generally from 8am-4pm and as such, all cancellations received after hours, over the weekend, or on a holiday will be considered received the next business day. Cancellations must be received before your next bill date to avoid further billing. If you need an immediate cancellation to avoid billing, please call or visit one of our locations.
