CLUB MEMBER UPDATE - 05.14.20
We're so happy to be back to serve you! We are continuing to work with club members to ensure everyone is compensated appropriately for any billing or loss of facility use that occurred during the time we were shut down due to the Stay Home Orders.
If you missed the original notices, all club memberships were placed in a suspended state as of April 3 when the Stay Home Order was extended. If you had an active account, you are still in our system but will not be billed again until your membership is reactivated.
We are happy to offer refunds (full or prorated) or time to your membership to make up for any billing or loss of facility use that occurred.
Any membership extensions can be requested and processed at the time of reactivation on site.
