Where is the Detail Center located?
We are located off of Marvin Road, in the big brown building behind the car wash: 191 Marvin Rd SE, Lacey, WA 98503.
What are your hours of operation?
The Detail Center is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
How do I schedule an appointment?
How long in advance do I need to book an appointment?
We ask for all appointments to be made at least 24 hours in advance. On slower days, we may be able to provide service for your car immediately, but that is schedule dependent.
How much does it cost?
Our packages start from $115.00. Please see our menu. NOTE: Additional charges may apply depending on vehicle size and/or condition (such as excessive dirt, dog hair, paint condition, moss, mold, blood, vomit, etc.).
What is the deposit I'm paying when scheduling?
We require a $50 deposit upon scheduling a detail service. This is to ensure we can properly schedule our days and take care of our customers. This deposit is credited towards the cost of the service at the time of check-out. For no-show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
May I leave my belongings in the vehicle?
We highly encourage you not to leave anything you may consider valuable. We are not liable for items you leave in your vehicle. NOTE: We do not go in the glove box unless asked to do so.
How long do you need my vehicle for?
We require to drop off your vehicle for the day, it helps us organize our work flow and allows us to put the quality work into your vehicle. You are able to drop off the vehicle the day prior of your appointment.
Do you have a shuttle service?
Unfortunately we do not offer that service. You must arrange pick up.
Do you have any discounts available?
Yes, we offer a 10% military discount on all full detail packages.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes! We can load a gift card with any amount.
