At The Wave, there is no higher priority than the safety and well being of our employees and customers.
The "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order has been extended until May 4 and The Wave will remain closed until these orders are lifted. We hope everyone is finding some sort of normalcy and staying well during this time!
Due to the extended closure, all active club memberships will be put in a suspended state as of today. This means that your account will still be in our system, but you will not be billed again until your membership is reactivated.
Do do what is right by you, we still plan to operate with the same system as previously emailed:
If your membership billed between 3/15 - 4/2 and you did not use the wash, you may request a refund of your charge or have a month of time credited to your account upon reopening.
If your membership billed and you used the wash, but then we shut down and you no longer had access for time you should have, we can add a month of time to your membership to compensate upon reopening.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our system, we cannot generically apply these changes.
Any membership extensions should be requested and processed at the time of reactivation, as we don't know exactly how long we'll be shut down and we want to make sure you get that full month of time.
We will send out another email to all club members as soon as we're able to resume operations.
We have greatly appreciated the support sent from many of you and appreciate your understanding as we navigate through these unprecedented times. Looking forward to being able to serve you again soon!
Last night, Governor Inslee announced his "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order and The Wave will comply, effective immediately. All locations will be closed for the duration of this order, and we will continue to do everything we can to contribute to the health and safety of our employees and general public.
We first want to sincerely thank you for your loyalty to The Wave and your time with us since you joined. With all the unknowns through this unprecedented time, we also wanted to be sure to communicate our plan for your memberships:
Until April 7 (two weeks from today), all memberships will remain active unless otherwise specified by you via the club cancellation page on our website: or via email: email@example.com. If we remain closed after April 7, we plan to suspend all club memberships until we’re able to reopen. As a company, our guiding principal for making decisions is the question of “what is right?” and we will do everything in our power to take care of our customers through this time.
Memberships billed through the closure (3/24/20 - ) may request a refund or extended time for the closure upon reopening.
Unused memberships that billed during the initial Covid-19 closures from 3/15/20 - 3/23/20 may request a refund or extended time for the closure upon reopening.
Used memberships that billed prior to 3/24/20 may request extended time for the closure upon reopening.
