How Do I Sign Up For An Wash Club Membership?Visit our online store or stop by any Wave location and sign up with an attendant or at a paystation!

When Will I Be Billed For My Membership?You will be billed on the day you sign up. Your payment will process from the card on file each month on that day. If your account is ever restarted after inactivity, your new bill date will be the restart date.

Can I Use My Membership On More Than One Vehicle?Club plans are specific to one vehicle.

What Happens If I Get A New Car Or Windshield?Stop by the wash to update your information on file with a Change Form! We will issue you a new RFID/Barcode tag for your vehicle.

How Do I Change My Membership Plan?Stop by the wash to update your information on file with a Change Form! Plan changes can take effect immediately, or on the next bill cycle.

How Do I Change My Credit Card On File?Credit card changes must be made via your online account or at a site. Stop by to let them know you need to update the card on file and an attendant will be happy to help!

How Do I Cancel My Club Membership?You can suspend your plan if you intend to return, or terminate your membership all together. A team member can assist you at any location, or you can CANCEL ONLINE HERE. Please note to cancel PRIOR to your bill date.

What Happens When I Cancel My Club Membership?You will be able to finish out any time on your current paid month and then will no longer be able to wash using your barcode or be billed for the plan.
